  The hydraulic Auto-Climbing System is an attached wall self climbing formwork, which is powered by its own hydraulic lifting system. The hydraulic system includes a hydraulic cylinder and an up and down directional box. The directional box can control the climbing of the guide rail and the frame. Through the hydraulic system, the formwork frame and the guide rail can form mutual climbing, so that the hydraulic self climbing formwork can steadily climb upwards. The hydraulic self climbing formwork does not require other lifting equipment during the construction process, is easy to operate, has a fast climbing speed, and a high safety factor. It can climb straight or diagonally, and is the preferred formwork system for high-rise building construction and bridge construction.

 The hydraulic Auto-Climbing System can climb as a whole or as a unit, with a smooth, synchronized, and safe climbing process. After one assembly of the climbing formwork body, it remains on top until it does not fall to the ground, saving construction space and reducing damage to the formwork. It also provides a comprehensive operating platform, eliminating the need for construction units to waste materials and labor in rebuilding the operating platform, thus improving safety.

This reduces the proficiency requirements for climbing workers, reduces the workload of personnel observation, and greatly improves the safety and effectiveness of climbing molds.

 The intelligent synchronization system has a dedicated login system, and downloading the corresponding APP on the phone can also remotely monitor the dynamics of model crawling.
