H20 Timber Slab Formwork

Short Description:

The H20 Timber Beam Slab Formwork System is a modern, tool-type formwork system. By virtue of its composite structure of high-strength H20 timber beams, it replaces traditional scattered timber battens and steel tubes, forming a complete set of construction solutions characterized by safety, high efficiency and rapid turnover. It is not only an upgrade of construction materials, but also a transformation of construction techniques and management modes, representing a crucial direction for the development of cast-in-place concrete formwork engineering toward industrialization, assembly and refinement.

Advantages

Material & Cost Savings
As the formwork can be removed in advance for turnover use, the total sets required are only 1/3 to 1/2 of those of the traditional full framing system, significantly reducing material input and rental costs.
High Construction Quality
The H20 timber beams feature high rigidity, and the system boasts excellent overall stability. This ensures cast floor slabs have a highly smooth underside with minimal errors.
Safety & Reliability
The system adopts a standardized design with a defined load-bearing capacity and reliable connections. The independent supports have a clear force transmission path, which reduces the safety hazards caused by loose fasteners in traditional scaffolding.
Portability & Environmental Friendliness
The main components are lightweight, facilitating manual handling and installation while lowering labor intensity. It also cuts down on the consumption of a large number of timber battens, making it a more eco-friendly option.
Strong Applicability
It is suitable for floor slabs of various bay widths and depths, and is particularly ideal for projects such as high-rise residential buildings and office buildings that have many standard floors and tight construction schedules.

Application

Table Formwork:
1. High-rise and super high-rise buildings with a large number of standard floors and unified unit layouts (e.g., apartments and hotels with core tube shear wall structures).
2. Large-span and large-space structures (e.g., factories and warehouses) free from excessive obstruction by beams and columns.
3. Projects with extremely tight construction schedules.
Flex-table Formwork:
1. Residential projects (especially those with a great variety of unit layouts).
2. Public buildings (such as schools and hospitals with numerous partitions and openings).
3. Projects with frequent variations in storey height and span.
4. Most complex structures not suitable for table formwork.
