Single-Side Bracket
Truss Type
The composite-style single-sided bracket is assembled from a standard base frame and height extension frames according to project requirements, supporting pours of up to 7.5 meters in a single stage. The standard frame height is 3.6 meters, with extension frames available in heights of 0.5 meters, 1.6 meters, and 3.2 meters.
Diagonal Brace Type
Compared to the truss type, the diagonal-brace-style single-side bracket offers a simpler structure, easier assembly and disassembly, and greater convenience in storage and transportation.
Features of Single-side Formwork
01 Modular Component System
Versatile components allow flexible configuration across various projects without the need for extensive customization.
02 Integral Waterproofing
The elimination of through-wall tie rods ensures a continuous, monolithic concrete finish, removing the risk of water infiltration.
03 Efficient Construction Workflow
Streamlined setup and dismantling processes significantly reduce labor time and accelerate project timelines.
04 Enhanced Structural Performance
Robust load-bearing capacity maintains system integrity even under high concrete pressures during pouring.
05 Optimized Labor Utilization
Simplified operations minimize manual handling of formwork, improving productivity and cost efficiency.
06 High Single-Pour Capacity
A maximum pour height of 7.5 meters accommodates a wide range of structural and civil engineering applications.
