Production Description

1. Equipped with a folding boom, the maximum spray height is 17.5m, the maximum spray length is 15.2m and the maximum spray width is 30.5m. The construction scope is the largest in China.

2. Double power system of engine and motor, fully hydraulic drive. Use electric power to work, reduce exhaust emissions and noise pollution, and reduce construction costs; chassis power can be used for emergency actions, and all actions can be operated from the chassis power switch. Strong applicability, convenient operation, simple maintenance and high safety.

3. It adopts full hydraulic double-bridge drive and four-wheel steering walking chassis, with small turning radius, wedge-shaped and horoscope walking, high mobility and control performance. The cab can be rotated 180° and can be operated forward and backward.

4. Equipped with high efficiency piston pumping system, the maximum injection volume can reach 30m3/h;

5. The quick-setting dosage is automatically adjusted in real time according to the pumping displacement, and the mixing amount is generally 3~5%, which reduces the consumption of quick-setting agent and reduces construction costs;

6. It can meet full-section excavation of single-track railway, double-track railway, expressway, high-speed railway, etc., as well as two-step and three-step excavation. The invert can also be handled freely and the construction scope is wide;
